Purpose and lawful basis

We process personal information you submit through our inquiry form (name, email, optional phone, message text) to respond to your request for programming consulting services. Processing is based on your consent when you submit the form and our legitimate interest in operating a professional services business.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed to respond, negotiate scope, or meet legal record-keeping duties, then deleted or anonymised unless a contract requires longer retention.

Your rights (POPIA)

You may request access, correction, or deletion of outdated information, and object to processing where applicable (POPIA sections 11–14 and 23–25). Contact the Information Officer using the details above. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).

Cross-border processing

If we use subprocessors outside South Africa for email or ticketing, we ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with POPIA section 72.

Inquiry submissions are sent to a same-domain handler at /api/inquiry over HTTPS. Technical logs are limited to what is necessary to operate that endpoint.
